Thornleigh West actively participates alongside our network member schools in the Instructional Rounds process each year.
Instructional Rounds is a networked approach to learning and leading change. It's based on the book, "Instructional Rounds in Education" by City, Elmore, Fiarman and Teitel. Each round follows a set process and allows our school to set a problem of practice, engage in professional reading, make observations without judgement, develop findings and propose recommendations.
